Bel is a CORU-registered physiotherapist, with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedic Physiotherapy. She also holds advanced training in Clinical Pilates, Aesthetic & Soft Tissue Therapy, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), and Global Postural Reeducation (GPR) Philippe Souchard method.

Treatment draws on a broad range of techniques: massage, lymphatic drainage, laser, ultrasound, dry needling, cuppings, post-operative for cosmetic procedures, wound care, and pregnancy and postpartum massage, selected and combined around what each patient's recovery actually needs.

How long does each session last?

The initial assessment takes about 45 minutes. Follow-up sessions usually last 30–45 minutes depending on the treatment. This information is included in the appointment details before you arrive.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your diagnosis and how you respond to treatment. It's set and reviewed throughout your plan, with clear goals at each stage.
