What information we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (booking request, testimonial, or question), we collect what you choose to submit, which may include your name, phone number or email, and details about your treatment needs. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses a small number of cookies and third-party services necessary for it to function:
- Google Maps — the map embedded in the Contact section is provided by Google and may set its own cookies and collect usage data when loaded, in line with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — some typefaces used on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which involves your device contacting Google to retrieve font files.
- Netlify Forms — used to process form submissions securely; see Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- Local storage — a small note is stored in your browser to remember that you've responded to the cookie banner, so it doesn't reappear on every visit.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers at this time.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how it's processed. To exercise any of these rights, contact belnascimento@icloud.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
How long we keep information
Information submitted through forms is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or provide treatment, and in line with standard healthcare record-keeping requirements.
